Bio
Alicia is a native San Diegan and a graduate of La Jolla Country Day School in La Jolla. She continued her education at Marquette University where she played NCAA Division I soccer and graduated with a double major in Spanish and International Affairs, with a minor in Theology.
Following her graduation she attended the University of Salamanca in Spain where she furthered her studies in Spanish Language and Culture and taught English as a Second Language to students of all ages. During breaks in her school and work schedule, she traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Mediterranean region, visiting 30 countries before she turned 30. This experience gave Alicia invaluable insight, understanding and compassion for the people of different countries, cultures and religions.
Alicia earned her approved Paralegal Certificate from National University. She has worked as a Family Law paralegal since 2021 and enjoys working with clients of various backgrounds and legal difficulties by easing their concerns while assisting them navigate their cases. After playing club soccer for twelve years followed by collegiate soccer, Alicia still enjoys playing adult pick-up soccer games when her knees allow. She is a fly fisherwoman, deep sea fisherwoman, snowboarder, and a hunter, and has an overall love for the outdoors. She is also an avid baseball fan having had Padre season tickets since she was a child.
In addition to sports, Alicia loves to read and has been a member of a book club that chooses books from various eras and genres although she prefers classic literature. Her other passions include gardening and cooking, and she intends to pursue her passion in law by attending law school in the near future.

I stumbled across this firm when searching for a good and honest family lawyer in the San Diego area. I proceeded to call and had the pleasure of speaking with Nicholas. He is THE main reason why I agreed to pay $250 for my initial 1 hr. zoom interview with Ben. To be quite honest, I didn’t really care for any of the staff in this firm other than Nicholas. He is extremely personable and friendly and made me feel at ease during this nerve-wracking process. He took the time to talk to me on the phone for almost an hour and walked me through the process which allowed me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I truly appreciate all of your help Nick! Although I didn’t really care for the staff in this firm, I do have to give this firm a 5 star for being an honest and professional law firm. This is hard to come by.
