Bio

Nicholas is a native San Diegan who grew up in Golden Hills, right by the 94 freeway. As the middle of three siblings, he was and is the “peace maker” in the family. At Embry Family Law P.C., Nicholas enjoys supporting clients by explaining the process to them, listening to their concerns, and assuring them that they are in good hands and that everything will be okay.

Nicholas attended St. Augustine High School and Cuyamaca Community College, and he is working on his last semester to become ABA Certified as a Family Law Paralegal. He is a fast learner and enjoys learning as much as he can, following up on new rules and guidelines in the area of family law to help out the firm and our clients as much as possible.

A passionate tennis player, Nicholas belongs to Balboa Tennis Club where he tries to play at least 2-3 times per week. He also loves music and trying out new restaurants, especially local mom-and-pop spots. For more than 25 years, he has attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, and looks forward to running the snow cone booth at the annual Bazaar, a family tradition for more than 50 years. Nicholas also volunteers with his parochial school alumni group. He also loves spending time with his family and friends, enjoying the simple things life has to offer.
