Daniel Ledesma

After receiving his bachelors in Law & Society at the University of California, Riverside, native San Diegan Daniel Ledesma has worked in two legal fields whilst he prepares for his next stop: Law School. Growing up in a diverse setting that San Diego entails, Daniel wants to enrich his legal expertise and assist individuals within his community who may not be 100% knowledgeable with their rights. Prior to joining Embry Family Law, Daniel worked in Immigration law and took a vast amount of pride helping others with the process of coming into the United States or receiving residency in the country. Currently studying for the LSAT, Daniel hopes to receive an exceptional score and continue his legal career through law school and beyond, hoping to practice family law and venture out into immigration law.

Daniel’s favorite part of working in family law is the ability to ensure that clients are provided with an up-to-date status on their case, whether prior, during, or before their hearings and sending over important documents from the courthouse, or answering any questions a client might have with respect to their case when the attorneys are away.

In his free time Daniel enjoys his time in the great national parks of the United States, as an avid hiker and camper wherever the road takes him. Daniel also enjoys playing competitive soccer and spending time at the gym after a long day of work. If not in his adventurous state, Daniel also enjoys doing photography or enjoying a ball game at Petco Park, cheering on the San Diego Padres.
